Job Description for the Post of Respiratory Therapy Manager

Introduction:-
Therapy manager is an individual who takes responsibilities of upgrading the doctors on therapy, giving training to team colleagues in pharma field. Being number one company in respiratory market, we have assigned Respiratory Therapy Manager to upgrade the family physicians on inhalation therapy.

Salary :- 2-3 Lac CTC

Daily allowance – 245 daily

Travelling Allowance 2.75/KM

Hours :- Full Time (8-10 Hrs)

Location :- Across India (Not included South Zone)

Skill Requirements:-
You must have strong command in English language, both oral and written as you will be responsible to communicate with clients.

• Knowledge of the local languages too is essential
• Ability to communicate well to customers belonging to therapy aspects.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good Planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of computers is also essential.
• Responsibilities & Duties:-

Field Working:-

• To meet the doctors and upgrade them on therapy (Daily min. 5 doctors call)
• To meet the chemist and take practice information of nearest doctors.(Daily 5 Chemists call)

Activity Initiations:-

• To arrange different activities at doctors level to sensitize them for respiratory practice.
• To upgrade the doctors via doctors meeting at regional level. (Min. 3 doctors meeting/month)
• Interaction with the patients and counselling them on therapy prospective.

Training of Team:-

• To give training to internal team colleagues on medical aspects (monthly 1 training)
• To work with Team colleagues for on job training (min. 6 days/month)

Academic Qualifications:-
An employer generally requires applicants to have a minimum qualification – M.B.B.S. / B.A.M.S. / B.U.M.S. / B.H.M.S. / B.D.S. / B.P.T. degree in associate field.

Work Experience:-

• Doctors working in ICCU, Nursing homes, Institutions having knowledge of acute & chronic therapy.
• Doctors working in corporate hospital as marketing manager/RMOs/NGOs.
• Doctors working in other pharma companies on chronic therapy development in marketing.
• Doctors ready for travelling and relocating the Job.
