Educational Qualification:

1. District Consultant (Quality Assurance) : The Candidate should be passed MBBS/ Graduate in Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Management/ Master degree in Hospital Administration/ Health Management or equivalent

2. District Consultant (Public Health) : The Candidate should be passed MBBS/ Graduate in Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Management/ Master degree/ diploma in Hospital Administration/ Health Management or equivalent

3. State Consultant (Quality Assurance) : The Candidate should be passed MBBS/ Graduate in Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Management/ Master degree/ diploma in Hospital Administration/ Health Management or equivalent

4. State Consultant (Public Health) : The Candidate should be passed MBBS/ Graduate in Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Management/ Master degree/ MBA/ diploma in Hospital Administration/ Health Management or equivalent

5. District Quality Manager : The Candidate should be passed MBBS/ Graduate in Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Management/ Master degree/ MBA/ diploma in Hospital Administration/ Health Management or equivalent

6. Administrative Assistant (SQAU) : The Candidate should be passed Graduate or equivalent & Basic Computer knowledge

Pay or Salary:

1. District Consultant (Quality Assurance) : The Pay Scale of Rs. Rs. 40000/- per month
2. District Consultant (Public Health) : The Pay Scale of Rs. Rs. 40000/- per month
3. State Consultant (Quality Assurance) : The Pay Scale of Rs. Rs. 50000/- per month
4. State Consultant (Public Health) : The Pay Scale of Rs. Rs. 50000/- per month
5. District Quality Manager : The Pay Scale of Rs. Rs. 30000/- per month
6. Administrative Assistant (SQAU) : The Pay Scale of Rs. Rs. 15000/- per month
