Job Description – Opening in ILM Team for BHMS / BAMS (Sr. Executive), Pune.
Roles:
• All cases to be referred to ILM team will be filtered and then sent.
• Approximately 3% frequency of total claim registered at HAT were referred last year and this year expectation from ILM team is 5 to 7%.
• QC of the investigator report of all cases referred.
• Refining, modification and enhancement of ILM triggers.
• Reconsideration and grievance handling of investigated cases.
• Ensuring TAT of cases sent for investigation is maintained.
• Reassigning of cases for investigation in case incomplete investigation done.
• Training of medical processors based on errors in referrals, wrong referrals and unindicated referrals.
