Homoeopathic Practitioners and Tuberculosis – nationwide survey by CCRH

Eradicating TB – Ministry of Ayush MoU with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare – Participate survey

Government of India has set a target of ending TB in India by 2025. The Ministry is implementing an ambitious National Strategic Plan (NSP) 2017-25 through new strategies and innovations. This includes engaging private providers and Inter-ministerial collaboration to engage all stakeholders and providers from all sectors and different streams of medicine. Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of AYUSH. It is proposed to involve AYUSH health care providers (both public and Private sector) in achieving this target.

Therefore, Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH) is undertaking this survey amongst Homoeopathic Physicians in India to identify their knowledge, attitudes and practices about tuberculosis. The information provided by you will be useful in assessing the common concerns that homoeopathic practitioners may have when dealing with tuberculosis patients. We affirm that the information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential and you will not be identified by name, while reporting the results of the study. The response you fill in will in no way hamper your relationship with the CCRH or any of its institutes/units at any stage.

We seek your cooperation in conducting this small survey. By responding to this questionnaire, you are agreeing to participate in this survey willingly and permit CCRH to utilize outcomes of this survey in form of publications and further research and policy development.

Outcomes of the survey help us in refining the strategy  for the future training of Homeopathic practitioners.
