The pathological approach in homoeopathy
We must know any type of changes that happen with the cell may lead to progressive dysfunction of that particular organ. Directly the action is given as stated in the Core of action, For the stony and hard glands which means swollen hard induration of the gland.
The directly Clinical condition is given the Varicose Veins which are enlarged, swollen, and twisting veins, often appearing blue or dark purple. They happen when faulty valves in the veins allow blood to flow in the wrong direction or to pool. Here the elastic tissues are affected and the action of Calcarea Fluorica is on the typically on the walls of the blood vessels.
Enlarged veins are indicating the lack of strength in the elastic tissues in the walls of veins.
The malnutrition of bone indicating the deficiency and lack of strength in the bone.
The main course of affection is at the Harness, Induration. The bony surface is commonly affected.
Hard knots in female breast.
The mammary gland is suffering from the hard tumor you can co-relate this symptom with the Fibroadenoma of the breast which is benign and movable and firm and not tender tumor of the breast; common in young women and caused by high levels of estrogen
Goiter
Due to the Calcarea element, the Glandular action is the seat of action. The Goiter is hard the Calcarea Fluorica having the tendency to dissolve these kinds of glandular swellings. The Calcarea Carbonica is little different in action it is mainly one of our glandular remedy commonly used for the treatment of Hypothyroidism.
Congenital hereditary syphilis.
Here Syphilis miasm is indicated, here the Syphilitic miasm is due to Fluoride contain in the combination.
Induration threatening suppuration
The action on the Epidermis layer of the skin shows the suppurative processes.
Arterio-sclerosis; threatened apoplexy
The Arteriosclerosis is showing again the Syphilitic miasm, earlier in the same section, plus one additional clinical condition associate with the action on the connective tissue of the blood vessels.
Tuberculosis

Onset is often over months. Typically, there are no further symptoms. Occasionally pain or numbness may occur. Complications may include carpal tunnel syndrome. Ruta is another remedy for the Ganglia or the Ganglion cyst. You can use both together for the same clinical condition.
Calcarea Fluorica is one of the best remedy for the Gout and tumors aroused from the gouty deposits around the joints, Even with the other remedies like Caulophyllum in the smaller joint rheumatism or the gouty rheumatism it is useful and will give the relaxation to joint and patient feels better from the pain.
Bony Exostosis:
One of the best medicine ever in the Homoeopathy for the bone exostosis where the bony overgrowth happened and the osteophytes encroaching any structure leading to pain first think of Calcarea Fluorica, the other best medicines for the Bone exostosis are Hekla Lava and Silicea. The Hekla Lava is mainly used for the Osteosarcomas and bone exostosis around the maxilla and on the ‘face bones’. The silicea also used in the 6x potecy for the bony hard tumors.
BONE AND CALCAREA FLUORICA:
THE BONE AND BONY SURFACE IS MAIN SITE OF THE CALCAREA FLUORICA.
When the formation of exostosis anywhere on the bone, C.F. dissolves that particles slowly the process called degeneration, since C.F. is best degenerative medicine pathologically.
Here co-relate the symptom with the disorders like Spinal Cord Stenosis due to formation of osteophytes and these osteophytes will encroaching the spinal cord and roots of the nerves that originating from it, C.F. will start dissolving that osteophytes and removes that stiffness produces from the nerves.
The body structures like bone always in the state of proper alignment (except mechanical trauma or major complication in which external intervention is there) there are many such disorders of bone where this alignment gets disturbed C.F. is best choice.
