Discussion
- In the above observations 44 remedy more the 60 place show the similar issue contain four or more than four remedy in the bracket
- Many issue are very helpful during rapid selection of remedy for the treatment provide the summary in one line like mentioned point- Unrefreshing sleep, more tired on rising than when retiring ,such type point help in the inclusion/exclusion of disorder as well as selection of the remedy when fast aid is required .
- This pattern of Allen’s also provide an narrow range rapid reckoner reparatory of remedy on the particular disorder .
- On the many place the discus issue are not clear and not provide any guide to the clinician for the selection of the remedy mean while – Unhealthy skin; every little injury suppurates, such kind of disorder need more information for the inclusion/exclusion of character of disorder or for selection of medicine .
- Few point are confuse the clinician for imagination of disorder picture i.e. Hereditary tendency to alcoholism
- Few medicine are not describe in the Allen’s but present in the bracket –pix , anis or J are more .
- The polycrest medicine are few in the above point while narrow use medicine have more number
- in some disorder the medicine present in the bracket but when go through the particular medicine on that issue found missing
Conclusion
When we scrutiny the Allen’s key note, we found that it is not only an materia medica it is the combo of materia medica and narrow range rapid ready reckoner of reparatory. As per above discussion it is found that many compression are very useful for the clinician but some are meaning less. The grouping of the remedy also provide an good tools of the examiners of the various competitive examination for preparation of questions ,ultimately it is the need of time when of Allen’s key note study we very carefully for the group of remedy and its use or confusion .
