Abstract:-
Introduction
Herein, reporting a case of a male patient of 76 years old who came with the chief complaint of Right side abdominal pain from loin to groin. After doing the Whole abdominal ultrasonography it shows Right Nephrolithiasis, Hepatomegaly & cholesterosis Gall Bladder The purpose of this case report is to emphasis the condition and how this case can be treated by Homoeopathic approach.
Material & Methods-
- Patient- This is case study of one child patient. Patient is suffering from last 8 months.
- Case Taking- History of patients was taken for analyzing the case & for Individualization.
- Homoeopathic Remedy- Best selected homoeopathic remedy, here Lycopodium has used.
- Photograph- Time to time pathological and ultrasonography report of the patient’s has taken for analyzing the effect of the treatment.
Result-: Time to time physical investigation and ultrasonography report has shown that the nephrolithiasis, hepatomegally and other symptoms gradually improved and finally cured.
Discussion-
It is concluded that nephrolithiasis and hepatomegally are very common conditions encountered. By following the Homoeopathic approach and after individualize the patient and also analyzing the miasmatic approach a single remedy which is Lycopodium has been selected and It has cured the case.
Conclusion-
According to Dr. Hahnemann’s Miasm theory for chronic disease the past history, Family history & totality of the symptoms of the patient is very necessary. By following the rules of Holistic Homoeopathy Lycopodium was the best selected remedy & Patient cured by this remedy.
