Apply online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 07.08.2015 to 19.08.2015, 3.00PM
Candidates should take a printout of the online application submitted, put the signature wherever necessary and should affix a photograph attested by the Gazetted officer
Fee : Rs.800/- (for SC/ST candidates Rs.400/-)

Sir, i graduated from calicut ghmc. Along with my application for md hom exam, i have enclosed birth certificate. Then should i submit certificate for region of education(obtained from principal)? According to the prospectus, its necessary but as far as instructions in the application concerned its not necessary. Thank you in advance
