An acute case of haematuria and UTI and managed by homoeopathy

Abstract:-

Introduction-
Herein,  reporting a case  of  a  male child of  12years  old  who  came  with the  chief  complaint  of urine with profuse blood but painless.  After doing the Urine RE & ME it shows Albumin , RBC and Bacteria present in urine. The Culture report of urine shows E.Coli infection. After doing the Whole abdominal ultrasonography it shows Hepatomegally & spleenomegally.  The purpose of this case report is to emphasis on  this type of most acute condition  and  how it  can  be  managed by Homoeopathic treatment.

Material & Methods-

1. Patient– This is a most acute case of one child patient. Patient is suffering from last 12 hours.
2. Case Taking– History of patients was taken for analyzing the case. 
3. Homoeopathic Remedy– Best selected homoeopathic remedy, here Millefolium has used.
4. Pathological Report- Time to time pathological and ultrasonography report of the patient’s has taken for analyzing case and the effect of the treatment.

Result :Time to time physical investigation has shown that the  symptoms gradually improved and finally cured.

Discussion
It is concluded that Urinary tract infection is a very common conditions encountered. But too much bleeding with urine (Haematuria) is very serious condition and most emergency condition. By following the Homoeopathic approach  a remedy which is Millefolium has been selected and also Hamamelis virg Q also given to manage the acute condition of the case. 

Conclusion-
According to Concept of acute disease the most important chief  symptoms of the patient is very necessary. By following the rules of Homoeopathy Millefolium 30C  was selected remedy & Hamamelis virg Q also used to control the scute stage. Patient cured by these remedy.
