ABSTRACT: 23 yr old male came at 1/2/2020 with the complaint of winter eruption ever year on anterior crest of tibia and itching since 2015. And treat with only a single dose of Psorinum 1M followed by improvement as a whole not given single medicine to the patient even not given the placebo.
INTRODUCTION: Dermatitis is a general term for skin inflammation. With dermatitis, your skin will typically look dry, swollen, and red. Depending on the type of dermatitis you have, causes vary. However, it’s not contagious.

HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS:
Patient’s complained start before 5 year. When he plays cricket. He has an injury on anterior crest of tibia. After that again injury on same place 2 times then after start complains of eruption that place every winter only with the itch, after winter eruption disappears.
PHYSICAL FINDINGS:
- Pulse –75 beats/ min
- BP: – 120/80mmhg
- Respiratory rate: 16/minute
- Nail: Pale
- Tongue: Pink
- Conjunctiva: Red
SYSTEMIC EXAMINATION:
RESPIRATORY SYSTEM:
Inspection: Nose: No DNS, No Hypertrophied turbinate. No Polyp.
Palpation: No warmth, No tenderness.
Auscultation: Normal vesicular breathing.
SKIN EXAMINATION:
- Dry , reddish eruption on anterior crest of tibia

CASE SUMMARY: 23 yr old male suffering from every winter eruption on anterior crest of tibia since 2015. Eruption from after recurrent injury in the same place. there was itching which is aggravated by bathing, winter and scratching. Give just only 1 single dose of PSORINUM 1M after psorinum there was present homoeopathic aggravation but patient fee better according to Kent 12 observation. When pt feel better but condition look worse is a good sign no change medicine or no interrupt the medicinal effect so that not given any medicine and after 2 month follow up pt get cure completely.
CONCLUSION: thus case to learn about the beauty of a single dose of medicine. Also we learn about observation. And Not only patient have patience but also physician has patience and believe to the choice of similimum.
