1. Job Details for Health Supervisor
Sambodhi Research looking for Health Supervisors to be engaged in a large scale field based Clinical Anthropometric and Biometric tests to be carried out in few states in India. The work entails extensive travelling in villages and towns (sample units) of the state.

Position: Health Supervisor

Essential Qualifications: MBBS/Nursing/Pharmacy Paramedics/ Laboratory Technicians/ MSc Nutrition/BAMS/ BUMS/ BHMS with experience of at least 2 years in large scale surveys

Location: Uttar Pradesh / Rajasthan / Madhya Pradesh / Chhattisgarh / Orissa

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for smooth field
• Will conduct the CAB tests for each eligible individual in the household in the sample size.
• Will be the single point of contact between the medical core team and survey team.
• Will be responsible for adherence to the protocols.
• Tests are carried out efficiently
• Will maintain the day to day record

Remuneration: Rs 13,500 per month (including stay and food) + local travel expense on actual

 Health Investigators to be engaged in a large scale field based Clinical Anthropometric and Biometric (CAB) tests to be carried out in few states in India. The work entails extensive travelling in villages and towns (sample units) of the state.

Position: Health Investigator

Essential Qualifications: Diploma in Nursing /ANM Training/ BSc Nursing/ Diploma in Medical Lab technology/ Bachelors in Medical Lab Technology/ BSc Nutrition/ DDPHN/Diploma in Physiotherapy/ B Pharm./ BUMS/ BHMS/ BAMS

The person should be able to read & converse in the regional language of the zone he / she is appointed for and should be able to read & write in English.

Job Description:

• Health Investigators along with health supervisor will constitute the field survey team.
• Will conduct the CAB tests for the eligible individual
• Will undertake the survey using the CAB schedules. 

Duration: 8 months (starting in May 2013)

Location: Madhya Pradesh/Uttar Pradesh/Rajasthan/Chhattisgarh/Orissa

Remuneration: Rs 10000 per month (including stay and food) + local travel expense on actuals

3. JD for Medical Consultant
Medical Consultants to be engaged part time for 7-8 months in a large scale field based Clinical Anthropometric and Biometric (CAB) tests survey to be carried out in few states in India. The work entails extensive travelling in villages and towns (sample units) of the state.

Position: Medical Consultant

Essential Qualifications: MBBS with at least 2 years of experience. This is a part time position requiring an involvement of 12-15 days in a month.

Location: Uttar Pradesh / Rajasthan / Madhya Pradesh / Chhattisgarh / Orissa

Job Description:

• The Medical Consultant will ensure smooth operation of the tests being carried out at the field level in 4 districts of a state. This will be done by accompanying the field survey teams
• Will carry out inspections with few selected households in each of the sample unit i.e. 20% of back checks in each sample unit
• He will send weekly quality check reports. 

Other Details:

• Medical consultants will attend 3 days training commencing from 20^th  April 2013
• Rich experience of conducting CAB tests with large rural population
• Experience Certificate mentioning the work on behalf of Government of India
• Exposure of participating in large scale survey

Remuneration: 

• Rs 1200+Rs 500(Conveyance) Per Day
