1. Application should reach to Dy. Civil Surgeon (School Health), Room No. 8, Office of Civil Surgeon, Jind-126102, by 19 July 2018, 04:00 P.M. No
   application will be entertained after 19 July, 2018. District Health & Family Welfare Society, Jind will not be responsible for any type of postal
   delay.
2. Computer test and interview of shortlisted candidates will be held on the same day or next day of written examination depending upon the
   number of candidates, in the office of Civil Surgeon Jind.
3. Fee of rupees 200/- for General Category and rupees 50/- for Schedule Caste & Backward Class Category is to be paid for each application submitted via Demand Draft drawn in favor of Chairman Civil Surgeon Jind payable at Jind . No application will be considered without required fee.
4. Candidates are advised to regularly check the updates on District Jind Administration website jind.gov.in No separate letter will be sent for tests (Screening Test, Computer skill test) and interview.
