This 1st December LIGA 2011 also expressed their respect by honoring him. He was the honorary physician to the Presidents of India from 1969 to 1997.
Dr. Diwan Harish Chand’s painstaking efforts, have given to Homoeopathy priceless works like: A Compendium of Lectures on Homoeopathy; Microdoses Megaresults (Clinical Cases) and Homoeopathy in Geriatrics and co-edited with Dr. Pierre Schimdt Kent’s Final General Repertory. He has been a member of every Homoeopathy committee of the government of India during the last 50 years and chairman of committees on research, education and pharmacopeias.

May his soul rest in peace.
I am shocked by a message of a loss of pillar of modern homoeopathic field. I am remembering one occasion when I meet to Dr. Deewan Harish Chand at his residence in 1993, how he inspired me in homoeopathy. Many times I write to Respected Sir, and how nicely he replied my queries? I can not forget him those memories.
May God will give strength to his family to bear this hard time.
What a great loss to homeopathic world.
Met him last at liga in delhi just 15 days back.
He asked me to send my research paper as soon as i reach lucknow.
I am grateful to Similia.com for this sad news. I have heard about him and read a lot on his cases and admired his approach. I convey my deepest grieve to the loved ones of Dr. Diwan H.C. May God Almighty reward him for his deeds to the mankind.
