Abstract
Cervical spondylitis is a degenerative condition of the cervical spine involving intervertebral disc and vertebral body degeneration, leading to symptoms like neck pain, stiffness, vertigo, and radiating pain. It is often caused by age-related wear and tear, poor posture, and lifestyle factors. This article highlights the effectiveness of individualized homeopathic medicine in managing cases of Cervical Spondylitis. A 45-year-old woman, suffering from symptoms for over 2 years, was successfully treated through individualized homeopathy based on totality of symptoms.

INTRODUCTION
Cervical spondylitis is a common degenerative disorder affecting the cervical vertebrae and intervertebral discs. It commonly presents with chronic neck pain, stiffness, vertigo, and tingling or numbness in upper limbs due to nerve root compression. Poor posture, long hours of sitting, trauma, and age-related degeneration contribute to the condition. Conventional treatments include NSAIDs, physiotherapy, and in some cases surgery. However, individualized homeopathy can play a significant role in reducing symptoms and improving quality of life.
CASE REPORT
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS
A 45-year-old woman reported to the clinic on 2nd June 2022 with complaints of chronic neck pain, stiffness, vertigo, and tingling in both hands. The pain radiated to her shoulders and was aggravated by prolonged sitting or reading. She also complained of poor concentration, disturbed sleep, and irritability due to persistent discomfort. She had been taking allopathic treatment including painkillers and muscle relaxants for over a year without lasting relief.
PAST HISTORY: History of hypothyroidism since 5 years.
TREATMENT HISTORY: Regular use of NSAIDs and physiotherapy with temporary relief.
