This article highlights the management of various calculi with homoeopathy remedies
Aetiology a) Climate or occupation which necessitates living or working under conditions where excessive loss of water from sweating occurs, thus causing constituents to be precipitated because of their high concentration in the diminished volume of urine excreted
b) Urinary infection and stagnation
c) Conditions associated with hpercalciuria which increases the liability to the formation of stones consisting mainly of calcium phosphate and calcium oxalate. These include idiopathic hypercalciuria, prolonged immobilization, hyperparathyroidism, Cushing’s syndrome, sarcoidosis, multiple myeloma and vitamin D intoxication. Calcium phosphate stones tend to occur in alkaline urines and this may be an important factor determining their occurrence in idiopathic renal acidosis and in some patients with chronic pyelonephritis
d) Certain rate congenital abnormalities, e.g.cystinuria and primary hyperoxaluria, which may lead to the production of cystine or oxalate stones respectively
e)Conditions causing increased excretion of uric acid, e.g. gout and leukemia
f) Dietary factors such as an excessive intake of milk or absorbable alkali.
Homoeopathy Treatment
In homoeopathy treatment any complications can be solved according to the whole symptoms (causation, location, sensation, modalities and concomitant) of the patient. I here with mention some of the following symptoms and the medicines from the Homoeopathic repertory for calculus.

NO DOUBT it is a good attempt but we the homoeopath treat the patient not the disease particular , so holistic approach must be done in any case ……like calculi we cannot depend upon the pathological basis of disease , we depend upon the case of disease . take a case totality and prescribe medicine on the basis upon symptom similarity.
Nice attempt, but the quality or way of presentation of an article is not proper. You should have included abstract of the article, an introduction, conclusion etc. Moreover, you have mentioned symptoms from different repertories whereas you should have used the terminology ‘rubrics’ on different calculi & associated condition from different repertories. Best of luck!
