“The basis of cure is the fundamental law of similars. The law of similars is the fundamental law also in the palliation of incurable states.” (Herbert A. Roberts)
ABSTRACT
Alzheimer’s disease is a brain disorder. As of 2020, there were approximately 50 million people worldwide with Alzheimer’s disease that get worse over time. This disease causes the brain to shrink and brain cells to eventually die. The objective of this article is effectiveness of Homoeopathic palliation in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease through the case study. Alzheimer’s disease, it’s characterized by changes in the brain that lead to deposits of certain proteins in the brain that leads to a gradual decline in memory, thinking, behaviour and social skills. These changes affect a person’s ability to function. Individualized Homoeopathic approach as a palliation in incurable diseases.

2) Repertorization – Best simillimum selected by repertorization
3) ADAS Scale-Comparing the symptoms before and after treatment and result obtained by using ADAS (cog)Scale.
Treatment Approaches
Totality of the symptoms
Mental generals

Food- Green leafy vegetables, grains, Beans, Fruits are adviced.
The result obtained by ADAS(Cog) Scale
1)The time-to-time clinical follow-ups and observation have shown that over a period of one month the cognitive symptoms gradually improved, progression of the disease reduced and she could slowly do her daily activities without assistance.
