Nalco Aluminium company proposes to engage one Homoeopathic Doctor on retainership basis for NALCO Hospital, Nalco Nagar, Angul for a period of 03 years to provide Medical treatment to the Company’s employees & their dependant family members.
He/She will be paid consolidated fee of Rs.12,000/- per month on the following conditions:
1. Residential accommodation will be considered for the retainer subject to availability and exigencies of situation.
Where accommodation is provided, 10% of consolidated fee for family accommodation or 5% of consolidated fee for single accommodation will be charged. Water/Electricity charges would be recovered as per the rates applicable in case of the Company’s employees.
He/She will attend OPD of Hospital on all week days (except Sundays and notified holidays) during OPD hours.
