Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit on behalf of National Health Mission (NHM), UP is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the following contractual positions of NHM, UP:

AYUSH Cell

Consultant :  1   UR (1)
Graduate in AYUSH pathy with 8 years of working experience in the field of Govt. AYUSH hospital preferably state level working experience or Retired AYUSH Doctor not more than 65 years of age.  Preference would be given who has experience working in National Health Mission.

Salary : 50000 per month

State Leprosy Program
State Leprosy Consultant  :  1 UR (1)
Medical Graduate with 5 years of working experience in Public Health Programme with working knowledge of computer. Age below 65 years.

Salary : 55000

Maternal Health Cell

Technical Consultants-Programs : 1 SC (1)
Medical graduate or Master in Social Sciences with relevant experience of min.05 years in program management and public health. Knowledge of computer and report writing. Age below 45 years.
Salary : 50000

Consultant-FRU Operationalisation :   1 UR (1)
Medical graduate or Master in hospital or health management with relevant experience of min.05 years in public health. Knowledge of computer and report writing. Age below 45 years.
Salary : 50000

Note:

• Reservation policy will be as per state government rules.
• Candidates applying under reserved category need to attach copy of their self-attested caste certificate.
• The upper age limit for eligibility for selection of candidates will be the date of publication of this advertisement. Relaxation in age for reserved category will be applicable as per state govt. rules.
• The contract period of the candidate shall be for 01 year from the date of signing of contract with NHM, UP. Appointment orders will be issued by NHM, UP.
