1. Consultant-Quality Improvement
Qualifications: Medical / Dental/ Ayush/ Pharmacy/ Nursing degree from a recognised institute. At least three years post qualification experience of working on Quality Assurance Projects. In case of exceptionally suitable candidates, duration of experience may be reduced.Excellent Communication skills -Verbal (Hindi & English) & Written (English) Proficiency in MS Office package
Desirable: Advance Qualification in Hospital/ Health Management from a recognised institute. Recognised Qualification in a Quality System, which may be waived off in case of deserving candidates, who have robust field experience.Experience of working in a hospitals administration department.
Preference may be given to those applicants, who have directly worked on the assignments, resulting into certification / accreditation of hospitals to a recognised quality system such as ISO 9001/ NABH/ JCI/ NABL
Age Limit: 40 years
Remuneration Range: Rs. 40000-90000
2. Junior Consultant / Consultant – Public Health Administration (PHA)
Eligibility Essential: Post-graduation or higher qualification in Public heath, community medicine, preventive and social medicine .One year of post-qualification working experience for Junior Consultant and two years of post-qualification working experience for Consultant, especially in core public health domains like maternal and child health/ NRHM/ NHPs/ RMNCH+A/ health planning/ Health policy and advocacy/ Public Health system strengthening or Health Care Management Vibrant, dynamic and highly motivated with a sense of initiative and ownership, and ready to take any responsibility assigned as a part of the team.
Desirable: Experience in working under Model Health Districts either at central or state level. Organizing workshops at national & state level for health infrastructure particularly critical care areas like High Dependency Unit, Operation Theatre, Labour Room, Labs, CSSD, etc.
Age Limit: For Junior Consultant – upto 30 Years and for Consultant – upto 40 Years
Remuneration Range: For Junior Consultant – Between Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 39,000/- per month and for Consultant – Between Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- per month.
