National Commission for Homoeopathy released Guidelines for the determination of fees and all other charges in 50% of seats in Private Homoeopathic Institutions and Deemed to be Universities as per NCH Act 2020
1. No institution shall charge a capitation fee in any form.
2. Actual expense on operations of services/course of study shall only be considered
3, salary and allowances including bonuses of teaching and non-teaching staff should be cross-checked against TRACE report
4. Fee fixation shall be done in blocks of 3 years or year to year basis
5. Minimum 80% of the sanctioned number of students is to be taken into account for the purpose of determining of cost per student
