The National Commission for Homoeopathy published the structured Competency Based Dynamic Curriculum with Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) for MD (Homoeopathy) Courses in India
Applicable from Batch 2024-2025 onwards for 5 years or until further notification by National Commission for Homoeopathy whichever is earlier
This postgraduate curriculum is designed to meet these advanced learning needs by adopting a competency-based approach that focuses on the measurable outcomes essential to safe and effective practice. The integration of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) into the curriculum provides a practical framework to assess the readiness of postgraduate students to undertake high-level clinical responsibilities. EPAs are designed to identify specific, observable tasks—such as conducting comprehensive patient interviews, formulating personalized treatment plans, and assessing treatment progress—that, when performed successfully, indicate that the
student is ready for independent, unsupervised practice.
This curriculum provides the flexibility to address the diverse needs of postgraduate students by offering personalized learning paths and opportunities for self-directed study.
