Minister of State for Ayush (independent charge) Shripad Yesso Naik today approved the setting up of a homoeopathy and unani medical college in the state.
Naik, while inaugurating the Arogya mela here today, said the Central government would extend all possible help to Uttarakhand in setting up the college.
He said the Centre, in its new health policy, was attaching greater importance to ayush and other traditional systems of medicine.
