Qualification :   BAMS / BHMS with  MPH / DPH / PGDPHM / Diploma in  PSM / MAE / MHM with 3 years post qualification experience in relevant field.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Academic Records, Skill Test/ Written Test/ Interview.

After applying online, take print out of system generated application form and send it along with self attested copies of all relevant documents, in an envelope superscribed with name of the post applied for, send by registered/ speed post/ courier addressed to Mission Directorate (NHM), Annex Building of SIH & FW, Nayapalli, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar 751012, Khurda (Odisha) for Posts 1 to 10 and Office of the CDMO cum District Mission Director, Khurda/ Cuttack/ Ganjam for Post 11 on or before 31-07-2014 by 05.00 PM.
