Application and Prospectus are available on Net: From 10.00 a.m. on 20-Aug-2012 to 5.00 p.m on 31-Aug-2012 only.
Last date for submission of printed application for Registration: 05-Sep-2012 up to 5.00 p.m.

ELIGIBILITY: As per the regulations of the respective courses.
Registration Fee:- Rs.1050/- for OC/BC & Rs.850/- for SC/ST to be remitted in the form of e-challan in any branch of State Bank Of India by following instructions laid down in prospectus for admission into M.D.(Ayurveda), M.D(Homoeo), M.D(Unani), M. Sc (Nursing) and MPT Courses – 2012.
Submission of filled in online application form: The candidate should submit print out of the filled in online application form along with the copies of the required certificates attested by Gazetted Officer and SBI e-challan (University copy) either by post or in person to

The candidates shall download the Hall-tickets from the website: http://www.pgntruhs.org : from 10.00 a.m. on 03-Oct-2012 & 04-Oct-2012 up to 5.00 p.m. by entering his / her Application Number as login ID and Date of Birth (ddmmyyyy) as password..
Entrance Test center: Vijayawada.
