All homoeopaths are requested to register their name in the CCH – Central Register of Homoeopathy
Then you can practice anywhere in India, no need to take separate state registration.
They can opt for elections in Central Council of Homoeopathy.
He/She may apply for various competitive examinations like MD (Hom) entrance, PSC or UPSC examinations
Following forms are available in CCH website
- Form of application for direct registration under Section 23 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973
- Form of application for registration of additional qualification
- Application for the continuation of name in the Central Register
- Appeal for restoration of name in the Register.

i have completed BHMS 3 yrs back from Karnataka University but not yet registered in the state …. as I have taken NOC from the Karnataka university because I’m from Maharashtra state but meanwhile got married and moved to abroad. Because of (maternity) till now I couldn’t register as I was abroad only so now I want to register in Maharashtra state and what will be the procedure for it?

Apply to MH council ….but as per CCH norms..if registered in any state – that will come under central register- so no need to register in any other states …but some state councils not allowing
