Tinea Cruris:-  (Dhobis’ itch) Tinea affects, groin’s, medial aspects of thighs and buttocks. It is more common in hot humid climate and adult males. In India, the most common causative dermatophyte is Trichophyton rubrum. Others include Trichophyton mentagrophyte and Epidermaphyton floccosum. It is transmitted by direct contact with infected individuals. Lesions are similar to Tinea Corporis.1
