Srinagar: Claiming that selection for the posts of Medical Officer (AYUSH) under National Rural Health Mission was not done on merits, candidates who had appeared in interviews for the posts today demanded publication of the merit lists.
A delegation of candidates said that selection list to the posts was declared on Monday. “Under rules, 80 points were awarded to academic qualifications and 20 points to performance in interview.
We fail to understand as to how some candidates have been declared selected at the cost of meritorious candidates,” they said.
They demanded that officials should publicise the points secured by candidates to clear doubts.[Source]
