NOTICE FOR WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR TEACHING POSTS ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS
The National Institute of Homoeopathy, Kolkata invites application from interested candidates along with Bio-Data for attending Interview scheduled to be held on 01-08-2014 at the Institute at 11-00 AM for filling up the following Teaching Posts purely on contract basis for a period of one year or till the vacancies are filled up on regular basis whichever is earlier.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy in the concerned subject included in the 2nd Schedule of Homoeopathy Central Council Act. 1973.

2. 5-yrs. as Sr. Lecturer/Lecturer or Asst. Professor in the concerned subject or 10-yrs. combined experience in Teaching the concerned subject as Assistant.Professor/Lecturer.

OR

Essential Qualifications:

1. Post Graduate Medical Degree in the concerned subject recognized by the Indian Medical Council Act.

2. 4-yrs. Teaching experience in the subject concerned as Asst. Prof. /Lecturer in a Degree level Medical college.

Desirable Qualifications: Qualification included in 3rd Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973

1. Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy in the concerned subject included in the 2nd Schedule of Homoeopathy Central Council Act. 1973.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Publication and experience in research.

2. Working knowledge of Computer

Remuneration : Rs.30,000/-

1. Preference will be given to Persons having eligibility to be Guide as per CCH Regulation.
2. Person in the Teaching profession of Homoeopathy or in allied subjects, as the case may be / Retired (age below 65- years)/In-service, possessing requisite qualifications mentioned above against each of the category is eligible for appearing Interview as per schedule.
3.  The selected candidates will have no claim for regularization or any preference shall be given while filling up the posts on regular basis. The service shall be terminated on completion of terms as indicated above.
4.  The candidates must bring 2-recent pass-port size self-attested photographs; all original certificates of educational qualifications and experience certificate and one set of self-attested photo-copies of all the documents to be submitted to office before 1-hour of schedule time of interview.
5.  No TA/DA shall be paid for attending interview.
6.  In the event of selection the candidate shall have to join by 04-08-2014 failing which next candidate shall be given the offer of appointment.
7. Director, NIH reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies and selection or non-selection of any candidate and to cancel or modify the notification without assigning any reason or communication to any candidate.
