The designated officer in the evaluation section must review the said original documents and sign the copies indicating that they are true\u00a0 copies of the originals. The committee may exclude the condition of attesting letters of experience for essential reasons where attesting is difficult, and\u00a0 according to each case.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Conditions <\/strong><br \/>\nConsultant (A) doctor is evaluated without the need to sit for the exams held by the ministry, it is possible also (as per the evaluation committee\u00a0 discretion) to interview him by two different committees of consultant doctors in the specialty field to define his academic and practical level, and to take\u00a0 the proper decision.<\/p>\n<p>Consultant (B) doctors and specialist (A) doctors are evaluated either by interviews by two different committees of consultant doctors in the specialty field, or by exams for Specialist (A) doctors.<\/p>\n<p>Specialist (B) doctor, G.P and starting G.P. should Pass the written and oral exams. National physician is exempted from the oral and written exams, provided he passes the interview.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The evaluation application form of each physician which includes the following:<br \/>\nPersonal information.<\/strong><br \/>\nAcademic certificates.<br \/>\nReferees.<br \/>\nMedical researches, studies and publications.<br \/>\nConferences, seminars and workshops.<br \/>\nAcquired experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criteria to sit for Dental GP exam :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. B.D.S.. OR Equivalent Degree Certificate.<br \/>\n2.One year Internship in a Teaching Hospital OR. if no internship then two years experience in a non-Teaching Hospital is equal to one-year internship.<br \/>\n3.
