closing on 30th June.\u00a0 These awards can support the studies of incoming scholars from MUHS India in the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship<\/strong>\u00a0(Masters or PhD level studies at the University of Sydney)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Endeavour Research Fellowship\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Endeavour Australia Cheung Kong Research Fellowship\u00a0<\/strong>(short term research of between 4 and 6 months\u00a0at the University of Sydney) &#8211; the scholars can be enrolled in a Masters or PhD at their home university in India or can be postdoctoral researchers<\/li>\n<li><strong>Endeavour Australia India Education Council (AIEC) Research Fellowship\u00a0<\/strong>(support for postgraduate students and postdoctoral fellows from India to undertake short-term research of between 4-6 months in Australia)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Endeavour Executive Fellowship\u00a0<\/strong>(professional development opportunities between 1-4 months)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Individuals can apply online here:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/internationaleducation.gov.au\/Endeavour%20program\/Scholarships-and-Fellowships\/Pages\/default.aspx<\/p>\n<p>All recipients will receive (in AUD$):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>travel allowance: $3,000 (provision to pay up to $4,500 under special circumstances)<\/li>\n<li>establishment allowance: $2,000 (fellowships) or $4,000 (scholarships)<\/li>\n<li>monthly stipend: $3,000 (paid up to the maximum category duration on a pro-rata basis)<\/li>\n<li>health insurance for the full category duration (OSHC for international recipients)<\/li>\n<li>travel insurance (excluding during programme for international recipients)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Scholarships provide up to $15,000 per semester tuition fees, however the Sydney Medical School will provide a scholarship to fund the \u201cgap\u201d to cover the full cost of tuition for up to two years for Masters programs and 4 years for PhD programmes.\u00a0https:\/\/internationaleducation.gov.au\/endeavour%20program\/scholarships-and-fellowships\/international-applicants\/pages\/international-applicants.aspx<\/p>\n<p>I thought these fellowships and scholarships would provide an excellent opportunity for Faculty Development at MUHS, as mentioned at our last meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any
