The AYUSH Minister Harak Singh Rawat has ordered constitution of a special committee to setup new Homeopathic colleges in Harrawala, Dehradun and Kotdwar. The committee has been asked to submit regular report of its work to the directorate.<\/p>\n
The Minister gave this order while undertaking a review meeting of homeopathic department at Vidhan Sabha secretariat on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
He said that the buildings of the homeopathic hospitals should be constructed where these hospitals are running in other buildings. Rawat asked the officials to start recruitment in the vacant posts. He also said that in view of bleak promotional avenues in the department, the number of posts should be increased. In an important decision the Minister asked the officials to prepare a proposal to reduce the OPD registration fees in homeopathic hospitals from existing `19 to `5. He also directed that availability of equipment and medicines is there in all the homeopathic hospitals.<\/p>\n
