    ABSTRACT:<\/b> Molluscum Contagiosum is a common urinal infection. In this eruption are appearing on the skin which is white pearly appearance. It is a communicable disease through the touch of the lesions. It is a superficial skin infection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    INTRODUCTION<\/b>– Mollucsum Contagiosum is skin infection caused by the virus called fox virus. This disease is common in both children and adults but mostly it is very common in found in children boys are more prone to this infection than girls. The incubation period of molluscum virus range from 14 days to 6 months. In this viral infection and multiple small lesion are appear on the skin this eruption are commonly sites on face, eyelids, neck, forearm, trunk anogenital areas and thighs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Clinical appearance of the eruption is pearly white, dome shaped papules that centrally umbilication and smooth surface. Once lesion is squeezed cheesy or white curd like substance is oozed out from the lesions. They are small in size groves slowly and usually 2-4 mm in initially and slowly it grows up to 10 mm. They are variable in numbers. This lesion usually clears within a year itself. Molluscum Contagiosum is a communicable disease it can acquired through direct contact or indirectly from the contact discharge of lesion or use infected person clothes or towels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Investigation:<\/i><\/b> Dermatologist can easily diagnoses by its appearances, but sometimes the eruption is not clearly identified then direct microscopic examination of Giemsa stained central semisolid core revels Molluscum infection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Management or Treatment:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    2. Light Electrocautary\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Superficial curettage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
