ABSTRACT-
\nNocturnal Enuresis refers to the involuntary loss of urine during sleep that occurs at least twice a week in children older than 5 years of age (or the developmental equivalent) for at least 3 months. It is one of the most common complaints in children. It is commonly known as bed-wetting.<\/p>\n

This article shows usefulness of individualized homoeopathic medicine in a male patient of 14 years of age with Primary Nocturnal Enuresis. The medicine was selected on the basis of symptom totality.<\/p>\n

INTRODUCTION-
\nNocturnal Enuresis refers to the involuntary loss of urine during sleep that occurs at least twice a week in children older than 5 years of age (or the developmental equivalent) for at least 3 months.[1]<\/sup> It is one of the most common complaints in children. It is commonly known as bed-wetting.<\/p>\n

It is of two types- Primary & Secondary. Primary enuresis occurs in a child who has not been dry for a period of at least 6 months. In contrast, secondary enuresis occurs after a period of nocturnal dryness of at least 6 months.<\/p>\n

It may or may not be accompanied with daytime incontinence. If it is, then it is known as diurnal enuresis.<\/p>\n

CASE REPORT-<\/strong><\/p>\n

A 14 years old male child presented with a complaint of involuntary urination at night. It was present since childhood.<\/p>\n
