{"id":8781,"date":"2012-05-22T09:55:38","date_gmt":"2012-05-22T09:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.homeobook.com\/?p=8781"},"modified":"2022-01-11T09:00:13","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T09:00:13","slug":"fiha-the-federation-of-indian-homoeopathic-associations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.homeobook.com\/fiha-the-federation-of-indian-homoeopathic-associations\/","title":{"rendered":"FIHA &#8211; the Federation of Indian Homoeopathic Associations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the historic day, 20th May 2012 at Dr BR Sur Homoeopathic Medical College, Nanakpura, NewDelhi, the FIHA (Federation of Indian Homoeopathic Associations) was formed by three national organizations of Homoeopathy in India, IHMA, HMAI &amp; IIHP under the convenership of <strong>Dr Eswardas<\/strong>, Consultant Advisor to AYUSH Dept, Govt of India. The Joint conveners were Dr Sreevals Menon from IHMA, Dr Shyamal from HMAI &amp; Dr Mansingh from IIHP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The invited guests to the meeting were the President of the CCH, the Director General elect of CCRH, the LMHI Vice President and the LMHI Asst National Vice President.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From among the 5 executive members of the three national organizations who participated in FIHA formation, a President, Secretary General &amp; Finance Secretary representing each association was elected by lots. The three national associations shall take turns on the posts and the tenure of each shall be for a year. FIHA also appoints a coordinator for its regular functions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FIHA President<\/strong> &#8211; Dr KRK Prabhakar Murthy (IIHP)<br \/>\n<strong>FIHA Secretary General<\/strong> &#8211; Dr Bhasker Bhatt (HMAI)<br \/>\n<strong>FIHA Finance Secretary<\/strong> &#8211; Dr VK Ajithkumar (IHMA)<br \/>\n<strong>FIHA Coordinator<\/strong> &#8211; Dr Eswardas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From IHMA, the following delegation attended FIHA formation as executive members of CIHA :-<br \/>\nDr VK Dhawan, President IHMA<br \/>\nDr VK Ajithkumar, Secretary General IHMA<br \/>\nDr Sreevals G Menon, National Secretary IHMA<br \/>\nDr Roshan Pinto, Former President IHMA<br \/>\nDr Shenbaga Ganesh Babu, NWC Member, TN State Chapter, IHMA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FIHA would address the national &amp; international issues related to Homoeopathy and in policy matters related to Govt bodies, national and international homoeopathy related bodies. Also in state issues of a regional nature and those with unbounded proportions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FIHA would have a common minimum programme which concerns :-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Promotion of Homoeopathy &amp; challenges faced<br \/>\n2. Homoeopathic academics &amp; Research<br \/>\n3. Welfare of Homoeopathic professionals in private and Govt sector<br \/>\n4. Quality of Homoeopathic education and healthcare delivery<br \/>\n5. Role of India in International Homoeopathic scenario<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FIHA shall have their annual congress every year which shall be the national congress of the national organization which the president represents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FIHA executive shall meet three times a year and also when there is any emergency situation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The other homoeopathic organizations in India may contact the Secretary-General or Coordinator for guidelines\/details on associating with FIHA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contact of the FIHA Secretary General is <a href=\"mailto:bjbhatt55@hotmail.com\">bjbhatt55@hotmail.com<\/a> &amp;
